Our Recipe
Take one couple with a love of Scotties, (we’ve had 7 since 1978). Mix in a passion for cooking and combine with a branding expert and food packaging designer and voila it’s Biscottie!
Our Story
Since 2019 we’ve handcrafted oodles of these delish people sweets for family and friends in honor of holidays and special occasions. In 2019 Patty started baking biscotti as a holiday treat. It was a cooking adventure, making these thrice baked sweets. Somewhere in the process, Dana said hmmmm.. you are baking biscotti.. is it because we have Scotties? And with Patty’s background in package design, the inspiration was there and the Biscottie brand came to be.
