Our Biscottie are handcrafted and baked three times. First we bake the loaf. Then we let it cool. Next we slice the loaf into 1 in thick pieces and bake on one side and then the second. Much care and attention is rolled into our Biscottie. No two pieces look or weigh the same, so we sell by the ounce. Our classic Biscottie is $1.50 per ounce and our Gluten Free and Enhanced Seasonal offerings are $2.00 per ounce. We bake seasonally and our products are available to purchase for a minimum of 4 ounces. Seasonal and Everyday Biscottie is noted on our flavor list. Out of season Biscottie is available for a minimum purchase of 24 ounces. So many choices. Fresh and delicious.
